Itron to Redeem Senior Subordinated Notes

LIBERTY LAKE, Wash., Jun 03, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Itron Inc. (NASDAQ:ITRI) announced today the Company has elected to irrevocably redeem all of its outstanding 7 ¾ % senior subordinated notes due May 15, 2012. The aggregate principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed is $109,587,000, at a redemption price of 101.938% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus any accrued and unpaid interest. The redemption will occur on July 17, 2009.
