Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ:ITRI) announced today that it will webcast a meeting
with the company's sell-side analysts at its North America electricity
facility in South Carolina on Friday, Dec. 2, 2016. The Itron management
team will review the company's strategy and operational focus areas.

a.m. EST and conclude at approximately 10 a.m. EST, and may be accessed
